Return Process

  Package Your Materials

  Securely pack the unused roofing materials in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components and documentation are included.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided RMA label to your shipment and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for heavy pallet orders.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
